On an open flame, grill tomatoes, onions, and jalapenos. When the tomatoes have softened and split, remove them when slightly charred. Remove from the grill and let cool. Drain any liquid that has accumulated.
Remove the core ends of the tomatoes and the stems from jalapenos. Blend tomatoes, onions, jalapeno pepper, and all the remaining ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a container and chill. You can serve it with chips of your choice and enjoy
