- 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs (HONEY MAID)
- ⅓ cup butter or margarine (melted)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 packages (8-ounce) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
Combine 3 tbsp of sugar, melted butter and breadcrumbs; press thoroughly onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
Pour eggs one at a time into a mixing bowl and blend on low speed. Pour the mixture over the crust.
Place in a preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes and the centre is almost set.
Remove the cheesecake from the pan and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
Garnish the cheesecake with your favourite toppings and Refrigerate for about 4 hours before serving. Enjoy!
