4 Bread rolls (hoagie type) 2 Steaks (6-ounce) 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon Garlic (minced) 2 tablespoons Soy sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce Salt and ground black pepper (to taste) Shredded vegetables (such as lettuce, carrots, cabbage, and tomatoes) Guasacaca (for garnish) Mustard or mayonnaise (for garnish)
Cut the steak into 1-inch pieces and sprinkle salt and pepper on it.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a heavy skillet on high heat, and saute the beef until browned.
Stir in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic and cook for about 3 minutes or until the desired doneness.
Remove the skillet from the heat and season with salt and pepper.
Cut sandwich rolls lengthwise. Add beef and Shredded vegetables of your choice.
Add a little guasacaca and any other sauce you like on top, and add some potato sticks. Enjoy!
