1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice (plus grilled lemons for serving)
2 tablespoonsFresh parsley (diced)
2 teaspoon Oregano (dried)
1teaspoon Sea salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients to make herb vinaigrette. Adjust the seasoning according to your preferences. Place aside.
Add olive oil over the cooked octopus tentacles and then seasoned with salt and pepper.
Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high. Place tentacles on the grill and cook the octopus on the grill for about 3-5 minutes or until the edges of the tentacles are slightly burnt and they are heated all the way through.
Transfer the grilled tentacles to a dish and drizzle herb vinaigrette over the grilled tentacles. Serve and enjoy!
