Gyro platter is a delicious meal with lots of flavours. It comes from Greece and consists of meat cooked with special spices, bread that is warm and soft, fresh vegetables and delicious sauces.
In a food processor, add garlic clove and process until fully minced.
Add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and salt in a food processor and process until well combined.
Transfer the beef mixture To a baking sheet or plate that is lined with parchment paper. Place the heavy pan or cutting board on top of the mixture and press to flatten.
Place the beef mixture in a refrigerator for about 30-60 minutes.
Put the beef on a hot grill or grill pan and cook it until the inside temperature reaches at least 155 degrees Fahrenheit.
Allow to cool before slicing. Serve with pita, bell pepper, cucumber, and hummus!
