Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb  Lean Ground Beef (Pre 80%)
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • clove garlic
  • Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • Cucumber
  • Pita Bread
  • Hummus
  • Parsley
  • Carrots

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add garlic clove and process until fully minced.
  • Add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano and salt in a food processor and process until well combined.
  • Transfer the beef mixture To a baking sheet or plate that is lined with parchment paper. Place the heavy pan or cutting board on top of the mixture and press to flatten.
  • Place the beef mixture in a refrigerator for about 30-60 minutes.
  • Put the beef on a hot grill or grill pan and cook it until the inside temperature reaches at least 155 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Allow to cool before slicing. Serve with pita, bell pepper, cucumber, and hummus!
