Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Full Fat Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup  Coriander Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup  Mint Leaves
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1/2 Juice(Lemon)
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp  Water

Instructions
 

  • In a compact blender, combine the coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chilli. Blend until smooth and add 1-2 tablespoons of water to achieve a cohesive mixture.
  • Take a small bowl and gently scoop the yoghurt into it.
  • Next, mix in the vibrant green herbs blend, along with a pinch of salt, a sprinkle of sugar, a dash of cumin powder, a hint of garam masala, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice into the yoghurt.
  • Gently whisk the ingredients together until they blend harmoniously. Once mixed, cover the bowl and let it cool in the refrigerator until you're ready to savour its goodness.
