In a compact blender, combine the coriander leaves, mint leaves, and green chilli. Blend until smooth and add 1-2 tablespoons of water to achieve a cohesive mixture.
Take a small bowl and gently scoop the yoghurt into it.
Next, mix in the vibrant green herbs blend, along with a pinch of salt, a sprinkle of sugar, a dash of cumin powder, a hint of garam masala, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice into the yoghurt.
Gently whisk the ingredients together until they blend harmoniously. Once mixed, cover the bowl and let it cool in the refrigerator until you're ready to savour its goodness.
