How To Cook Beef Liver
We are making spicy beef liver. It's so straightforward.

- 1/2 kg beef liver
- 4 qt onions (medium size)
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 tbsp whole spices
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1 cup curd
- 2 tbsp coriander (for garnish)
- 4 qt green chili (chopped)
- 1 qt tomato (chopped)
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chili powder
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
Put the large pan on the stove and turn on, add onions and cook until it is beginning to golden brown.
Add the beef liver and saute about for 5 min.
Add the garlic paste and whole spices and cook for about 2 min.
Add the tomatoes, green chili, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook for about 3 min.
Add the curd and cook for about 5 min until the liver sauteed well.
Add ½ water and cook until the whole water dries and saute well.
Add the Coriander for garnish and cook for about 1 min.
Spicy beef liver is ready, Enjoy it with family.
