How To Cook Beef Liver

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg beef liver
  • 4 qt onions (medium size)
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 1 tbsp whole spices
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1 cup curd
  • 2 tbsp coriander (for garnish)
  • 4 qt green chili (chopped)
  • 1 qt tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Put the large pan on the stove and turn on, add onions and cook until it is beginning to golden brown.
  • Add the beef liver and saute about for 5 min.
  • Add the garlic paste and whole spices and cook for about 2 min.
  • Add the tomatoes, green chili, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook for about 3 min.
  • Add the curd and cook for about 5 min until the liver sauteed well.
  • Add ½ water and cook until the whole water dries and saute well.
  • Add the Coriander for garnish and cook for about 1 min.
  • Spicy beef liver is ready, Enjoy it with family.
