Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds  French fries
  • 1 cup  Colby jack cheese (shredded)
  • 4 ounces  Bacon (cooked crisp)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

  • Split the bag of fries in half, and reserve the remaining half for future use.
  • Heat up the oil In a Dutch oven until it reaches 350 degrees. Make sure the oil is really hot so that when you put fries in it, it cooks right away. 
  • Cook the potatoes in small batches until they turn a nice golden brown colour and float to the surface. 
  • Once all the French fries are cooked, drain them on a plate. Sprinkle the salt and some cheese and cooked bacon on top. Enjoy!
