Cheesy Ranch Chicken Recipe
Where are all my chicken-lover readers? YES, I see you, and I love it when people talk about chicken and especially when it comes to grilling.
Ingredients
- 1.25 pounds Boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 to 1 cup Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Turn the oven on to 350 degrees. After that, wrap aluminium foil around the baking sheet.
- Pour the ranch dressing into a large or medium-sized bowl, and then place it aside. The mozzarella cheese, the Cheddar cheese, and the ranch dressing mix packet should be combined in a different bowl. After doing so, combine thoroughly after mixing.
- Chicken breasts that have been thawed are dipped in ranch dressing before being placed on a covered baking sheet.
- Now when the chicken piece is all covered, it's time to sprinkle some of the cheese completely to make it a cheesy ranch piece. You should add as much cheese as you can't see the marinated coating, meaning it should be covered completely.
- Now bake it for 30 minutes, and if you are doing it the other way, without an oven, you need to increase the time by 2X or 3X, considering the heat that you are providing. As soon as it comes out of the oven, top with additional Cheddar and Parmesan cheese. And you are good to serve!
