8 to 10 Thick slices
3 Eggs
14 cups Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 tspGround cinnamon

Make your filling first. Next, combine the egg and milk for the French toast by whisking them together.
Then, cover one slice of bread with the necessary amount of filling. Use as much as you'd like, but don't go overboard. You don't want the cream cheese filling to overpower the French toast and make it soggy.
To make a sandwich, place another slice of bread on top. Whisk off any excess milk or egg mixture before dipping the sandwich completely in it.
In an oven or griddle that has been prepared and butter-coated, cook the sandwich in its entirety. Continue till the browned on all sides. Depending on the type of bread you are using, this should take 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Lastly, you can add powdered sugar or maple syrup before serving.

Cream cheese filling should be spread on a slice of bread. Add a second piece of bread on top to make a sandwich.

Sandwich with coating added to the skillet. Cook them until they are equally browned on both sides. Use the leftover bread and filling to repeat.
