Ingredients
- 1-¾ cups All purpose flour
- ½ cup Packed brown sugar
- ¾ tsp Baking soda
- ¾ cup Salted butter (softened)
- 1 Large egg
- ½ cups Granulated sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- ½ cup Green candied cherries (chopped)
- ½ cup Red candied cherries (chopped)
- ½ cup Pecans (chopped)
- ½ cup Candied pineapple (chopped)
- ¼ cups Dates (chopped)
- ½ cup Walnuts (chopped)
- 1-2 tbsp Whiskey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take a medium-sized mixing basin and mix flour, salt, and baking soda in it.
- In another large bowl, add butter and sugars and mix them with an electric mixer until they are fluffy. Then add alcohol, vanilla extract, and egg in it and beat them together.
- Then add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Mix them but avoid overmixing. Add the berries and nuts and fold them carefully.
- Line the cookie sheets with parchment paper and then add the spoonfuls of the colourful batter on it.
- Bake them in the preheated oven for 10 minutes so that they turn golden brown from the top. Take them out of the oven.

Notes
- When you take out the cookies after they are baked, check for their texture. They should be tender because they harden by themselves as time passes.
- For a spicy touch, add some cinnamon powder.
