Philly Cheesesteak is a tasty and amazing sandwich. Which is made with thinly melted cheese, sliced beef, and onion. The thing that made Philly cheesesteak more special and delicious is cheese sauce.
Take a small saucepan, and melt the butter in it on low heat.
Once the butter melted, add the flour slowly. To avoid lumps stir constantly for about 2 minutes. End it when it becomes thick but still stirrable roux.
Add ¼ cup of milk gradually to the thick roux and cook it on low heat. Stir it for 2 minutes until it becomes thickened.
Add the remaining ¼ cup milk, cheddar cheese, and Velvetta and cook, stirring frequently about 5 minutes, until you get smooth cheese sauce.
