Equipment

  • A small saucepan
  • A spatula
  • A grater
  • A whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons  Butter
  • 1 1⁄2 tablespoons  Flour
  • 1⁄2 cup  Milk (divided)
  • 1 - 1 1⁄4 cup  cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 6 ounces Velveeta cheese (cut into small chunks)  

Instructions
 

  • Take a small saucepan, and melt the butter in it on low heat.
  • Once the butter melted, add the flour slowly. To avoid lumps stir constantly for about 2 minutes. End it when it becomes thick but still stirrable roux. 
  • Add ¼ cup of milk gradually to the thick roux and cook it on low heat. Stir it for 2 minutes until it becomes thickened.
  • Add the remaining ¼ cup milk, cheddar cheese, and Velvetta and cook, stirring frequently about 5 minutes, until you get smooth cheese sauce.
  • Now it is ready, Serve it to your friend or family members and enjoy it.
