2 cups Chickpea garbanzo bean flour 1 teaspoon Sea salt 3 ½ cups Water 1/2 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper 1 ½ tablespoon Fresh flat-leaf parsley (Minced) Grapeseed or canola oil (for frying) 10 Brioche or hamburger buns Lemon wedges (for serving) Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (Freshly grated)
Heat water and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.
Slowly whisk in chickpea flour while stirring constantly.
Stir in pepper and parsley; the batter will be thick.

Remove, invert, and slice dough into ¼-inch rectangles.
