- 1 package Duncan Hines Deluxe II Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
- 1 package Lemon instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
- ½ cup Crisco Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Eggs
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes.
The cake is done when the center springs back.
Cool in pan for 25 minutes, then invert.
For the Glaze:
Mix 1 cup of confectioners sugar.
Choose 2 tbsp milk or lemon juice.
Blend well.
