Ingredients
  

  • 1 package  Duncan Hines Deluxe II Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
  • 1 package  Lemon instant pudding mix (4 serving size)
  • ½ cup  Crisco Oil
  • 1 cup  Water
  • Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
  • Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  • Bake at 350°F for 45-55 minutes.
  • The cake is done when the center springs back.
  • Cool in pan for 25 minutes, then invert.

For the Glaze:

  • Mix 1 cup of confectioners sugar.
  • Choose 2 tbsp milk or lemon juice.
  • Blend well.
  • Drizzle over the cooled cake.

Notes

  • Use grated lemons for lots of flavours.
  • Let things get warm before mixing for a good batter.
  • Don't Mix Too Much: Gently mix things for a soft cake.
