2 cups Flour 1 teaspoon Salt 1 cup Brown sugar 1 Egg 3 teaspoons Vanilla extract 1.5 cups Evaporated milk 1/4 cup Butter 2 teaspoons Baking powder 1 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment or non-stick spray.
In a big bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and nutmeg evenly.
Whisk egg, and vanilla in another bowl until well mixed.
Add milk to eggs, and stir until smooth liquid forms.
Combine wet into dry mixture. Stir evenly with a spoon.
Cut butter into small pieces. Mix until butter melts in.
Grease the baking sheet with butter or non-stick spray.
Scoop the batter onto the sheet. Bake for 25 mins until golden.
Let the buns cool before enjoying them.
Mix the dry stuff well for all the flavours to be even.
Don't mix too much; some lumps are okay.
