½ cup Red onions (minced) 1 Cream of mushroom soup (10 oz can) 2 Mushrooms (chopped, & divided) (8 oz packages) 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 cup Swiss cheese (grated) 1¼ lb Ground beef 1 tablespoon MSG (preferably Accent seasoning or any flavour enhancer of your choice) 1 teaspoon Garlic salt 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper 2 tablespoon Olive oil ¼ cup Red wine ¼ teaspoon Salt For The Serving: 5 Hamburger buns Potato fries (for sides)
Step 1: Prepare the Mushroom Swiss Burger Heat oil in a skillet & sauté onions until translucent.
Add 8 ounces of mushrooms & sauté briefly.
Deglaze with red wine & reduce briefly.
Season with salt & pepper to taste, then set aside to cool.
