Ingredients
  

  • 4 pounds fleshed potatoes
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • Fresh white pepper powder
  • 8 garlic cloves

Instructions
 

  • Boil plenty of water in which potatoes can be simmered later on.
  • Peel and cut all the potatoes into three equal parts.
  • Add garlic and potatoes into boiling water. Cover the pot partially to simmer the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame to make potatoes tender.
  • Drain the water out from garlic and potatoes. Put the pot again over a high flame to remove moisture if any present.
  • After tossing on high flame for 2 minutes, mash the potatoes after turning off the flame.
  • Melt butter in a separate saucepan on medium heat to add healthy butter chunks to your meal.
  • Add the melted butter to mashed potatoes. Mix it thoroughly with a wooden spoon. Mash leftover garlic cloves to make it a fluffy puree.
  • Add salt and ground peppers according to your taste and enjoy the mouth-watering dish.
  • You can cook it earlier and enjoy it like a fresh one by adding additional milk or cream along with seasoning.
