Take a large bowl, mix boneless chicken, garlic, adobo sauce, spices, and olive oil. Cover the bowl with a covering sheet. However, you may use either foil paper or a zip lock bag.
Place the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours. You can preserve it for 1-2 days. But marinate your chicken for at least 25-30 minutes.
Preheat a pan over medium to high flame. Add one teaspoon of olive oil to your large pan. Put your marinated chicken in the pan, and keep the flame medium.
Cook thoroughly. Keep your flame low to medium while cooking. The chicken pieces can take 5-6 minutes on each side for proper cooking.
Remove chicken pieces from the cooking pan. Now, place them on a cutting-board. Let the chicken stay for a few minutes. Cut and chop the grilled chicken into fine pieces.
