Instructions
 

  • Firstly, take a boneless slice of chicken breast and cut it half from the middle to make its butterfly shape. It’s not mandatory for you to remove the chicken tenderloin.
  • Place the thinly sliced chicken fillet over a sheet of parchment paper. Cover its upper side with another sheet of parchment paper.
  • To make the chicken slices evenly thick, use a rolling pin to press the chicken placed between sheets of parchment paper.
  • Place the evenly sliced breast piece to dredge in seasoned flour for breading. To make it more peppery, season your chicken directly with salt, pepper, and paprika before dipping it in flour.
  • After dredging your parmesan chicken in seasoned flour, dip the chicken slice in beaten eggs.
  • Before coating the final layer of breadcrumbs on the chicken fillet, season bread crumbs with salt, pepper, paprika, as well as parmesan cheese. After coating chicken in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture of cheese, roll it again in between the sheets of parchment paper to stick breadcrumbs.
  • Pour 2 tablespoon of grapeseed oil into a frypan. Fry the chicken until one side becomes golden brown. Also, add some lumps of butter to make Gordan Rssmay Chicken Parmesan more crispy, and healthy.
  • Placed fried chicken over a baking tray. Place a few slices of fresh mozzarella cheese over the chicken.
  • Pour a few spoons of sizzling tomato sauce on chicken. Also, sprinkle salt and pepper according to your taste.
  • Put the topped cheesy chicken in an oven and heat until all the cheese melts.
  • You can garnish it with grated parmesan cheese and tomato sauce to make it tastier.
