Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Purified flour
  • 1/4 cups Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Butter as shortenings
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 tbsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • First of all, you have to preheat the oven almost to 450 degrees.
  • Filter all the arid products and place them all in a dish.
  • With the help of a pastry mixer, cut the peanut butter and mash it finely. Then add this peanut butter to the dish containing all the arid products. To make the Peanut Butter Crunch recipe more flavorsome, you can add some crushed peanuts or any other nuts.
  • Pour milk In the center of this finely mashed mixture by making a little hole in it. Mix it properly with the help of a beater to make the dough soft and fluffy. If you want to have cookies rich in taste you can freeze the dough for 24 hours. It will enrich the flavor of your peanut butter cookies.
  • After the freezing is done, put out the dough and make biscuits of your desired shape. Now your cookies are ready to be baked in your preheated oven. You can freeze these biscuits too for later use.
  • Take a pastry cloth and sprinkle some flour on it and then moderately rub the dough for almost 30 seconds.
  • Dab the dough to (½ inch depth) and cut into biscuits the shape you want. Mostly the round shape looks so pleasant. 
  • In the end, take a roasting sheet, make sure it is ungreased and then place all the biscuits on this roasting sheet and then bake it at 450 degrees. Make sure to place the biscuits in proper places among them as after baking biscuits swell and have crispy sides.
