Ingredients
  

  • Olive Oil
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 thyme leaves’ sprigs
  • 2.5 tablespoon dried hidden valley ranch seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package of cream cheese ~8 oz
  • 4 Thick boneless chicken breasts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to almost 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Cooking a chicken in a high temperature preheated oven will make it more crispy, juicy, and soft.
  • Pour and smash cream cheese in a bowl to bring it at room temperature.
  • Add sprigs of thyme leaves along with 2.5 tablespoons of dry hidden valley ranch seasoning powder. Also, add a cup of shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture. Smash and mix it thoroughly until you feel a good smell coming from it.
  • After making the mixture, take 2 thick skinless boneless washed chicken breasts. Always select thick breasts for making Ruth Chris Stuffed Chicken so that mixture can be easily poured in it.
  • Carefully cut the chicken breasts to make pockets in them. Pour the mixture in the pocket and close it with cut pieces of chicken with a toothpick. Make sure to close cheese-filled chicken pockets to avoid the outflow of creamy cheesy sauce.
  • Take a baking tray and spread a baking sheet over it. Pour olive oil on it before placing chicken. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder according to your taste on the breast pieces. Sprinkle some paprika to make your chicken brown colored and crispy.
  • Place your baking tray in a preheated oven and wait for 35 minutes to have a delicious bite of it.
