Curried Sausages Recipe

These sausages are not always the favorite flavor of sausage enthusiasts, but then again, they can be a great addition to any meal. You might have a little trouble finding the right combination of flavors for the sausages you’re buying, but there is an easy solution to this problem. Today we are trying to make a curried sausages recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 cups Beef stock
  • 8 Beef Sausages
  • 1 lOnion sliced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 1 Potato Diced
  • 1 Tomato Diced
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tobacco Sauce/Ketchup:
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Cups Vegetable Mix You can choose from pumpkin butternut squash, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, etc.

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized frying pan, heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil on medium-high heat, then brown the sausages on all sides. Chop sausages into small pieces after removing them from the pan.
  • In a large pot, heat the remaining oil on medium heat, then add onion and cook, stirring regularly, until softened. Stirring regularly, add garlic, and cook for 30 seconds.
  • With the exception of the frozen peas and the chopped sausages, add the rest of the vegetables and cover with the beef stock. Stir in tomato sauce, curry powder, Worcestershire sauce, and season with pepper and salt. Put a lid on the pot and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and cook for 30 minutes, uncovered.
  • In a large pot, mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of cold water, then add frozen peas and stir through. Cook the sauce uncovered for 5-10 minutes, stirring regularly until it thickens.
  • You may serve this dish with mashed potatoes or rice.
