Simple Whole Chicken Roast Recipe Using Electric Roaster Oven

Ingredients
  

  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper Cracked
  • 3.5 - 4 lb Whole Chicken
  • 1 head Garlic split horizontally
  • 1 Lemon split horizontally
  • 3 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • In a roasting pan, place a rack and spray the rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat electric oven to ROAST at 375°F.
  • Season the chicken inside and out with salt and pepper. Inside the cavity of the chicken, stuff the garlic, lemon, and thyme. Tie the legs loosely together.
  • Apply oil to the whole chicken. Put the chicken on the rack over the broiler pan. Place it in the oven once it has been preheated. Set a temperature probe to 180° in the center of the chicken thigh.
  • It will take 50 to 65 minutes for the chicken to reach its internal temperature. After 15 minutes, remove the dish from the oven. After that, serve.
