2milk chocolate barscovered with caramel and nougat
2tbspHeavy cream
Instructions
Heat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan. Heat chocolate and butter on the top of a double boiler, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat when lukewarm.
Pour the chocolate mixture into a large bowl. Add the flour and egg yolks. Mix egg whites in a separate large glass or metal bowl until they become foamy.
Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in about 1/3 of the remaining whites quickly, then fold in the chocolate mixture. Prepare a pan by pouring batter into it.
Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Shut off the oven, crack the door, and let the cake cool in the oven.
Melt the chocolate-covered nougat candy bars with the cream in a saucepan. Then pour it over the cake.
