Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Philips crabmeat
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp Dry mustard
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Prepared mustard
  • 1 tbsp Melted butter
  • 1 tbsp Parsley flakes
  • 1 tbsp Seafood seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
  • Canola oil for frying
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • Tartar sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Feel the crab slices slowly through the meat, and examine the slices. Remove the excess water by gently squeezing it out.
  • Add all of the ingredients, except the crab, to a large mixing bowl. Gently fold the crab to prevent it from breaking.
  • Spray palm cooking spray on a baking sheet and arrange the crab cakes gently.
  • Fry the cakes for 12-15 minutes at 365 degrees F. fry until they reach an internal temperature of 175 degrees F.
