Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ cups Olive oil
  • 1 can Tomato paste
  • ½ cups Onions chopped
  • ½ cups Shredded cheese and Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Oregano and black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by making the crust for the pizza. Combine flour with salt in a mixing bowl. Add sugar and whisk the mixture together. Set the bowl aside after you’ve mixed the flour well.
  • Our next step is to make the sauce layer of the pizza. Add chopped onions to the canned tomato paste in a separate mixing bowl. Mix the vegetables until they are smooth and crushed.
  • Add sugar and salt to the veggie sauce while mixing to enhance its taste. Combine until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. Grease the surface of a baking pan with olive oil.
  • Once the dough is ready, place it in the pan and stretch it to align perfectly with the surface. After preparing the veggie paste, top it with a saucy layer and sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  • To enhance the flavour, sprinkle oregano and black pepper on top. In a preheated oven, bake the pizza for 25 minutes at 300 degrees.
  • Once the outer crust has turned brown with a cheesy top layer, remove the baking pan and cut it into desired shapes. Now you’re ready to serve Victory Pig homemade pizza.
