Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat
  • 1 Garlic clove Crushed
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Onion Chopped
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Tomatoes Crushed
  • 1 15 ounce can Red Kidney Beans
  • 1/2 tbsp White Vinegar
  • 2 Jalapeños Sliced and seeded
  • 1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
  • Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • Green Onions Chopped for garnish
  • Red onions Chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Warm up the oil in a large stockpot over medium heat, then add the beef. Cook until the beef is browned.
  • Pour the garlic and onion into the stockpot and let simmer for a few minutes.
  • Stir in the chili powder, pepper, paprika, cumin, salt, and brown sugar. Make sure they are well combined.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, vinegar, jalapenos and beans. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • To thicken it, add flour and stir until combined. It shouldn’t take long.
  • Top the chili with cheese, red onions and green onions before serving.
