Libby’s Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Libby’s has been a family restaurant for over 30 years now. At the same time, they’ve managed to create a delicious pumpkin bread recipe. Ingredients
  

  • 3 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown sugar Packed
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 2 cups Canned pumpkin
  • 4 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt. Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar.
  • In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, oil, and dry ingredients. Stir well.
  • Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Fill two greased and floured 9 1/2×5 1/4-inch loaf pans.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Let cool for five minutes. Carefully remove from pans. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
