Mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices and salt. Stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, oil, and dry ingredients. Stir well.
Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each addition. Fill two greased and floured 9 1/2×5 1/4-inch loaf pans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Let cool for five minutes. Carefully remove from pans. Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
