Sweet Potato Queens Recipe

Ingredients
- 5 Sweet Potatoes large
- 1 stick Margarine
- 2 cups Brown sugar
- 1 bag Mini Marshmallows
Instructions
- Prepare potatoes by boiling them until a sharp knife can go through the middle. As soon as you can, place in cold water.
- Let cool completely in a strainer. Remove the skins and quarters of potatoes, and put them in a pan.
- Place the margarine in a pan with the brown sugar and cut into pats. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven at 35 minutes and add the marshmallows on top
