Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz Steamable, frozen cauliflower rice (1 package)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • ½ tsp Smoked paprika
  • cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 2 large Beaten eggs
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Cook the cauliflower rice. Follow package directions. After cooking, take them out of the pot and move to a large bowl. Let them cool down fully.
  • Then in the cooled-down cauliflower rice, add coconut flour, cheese, paprika, and seasonings. Mix all of them well together. Then take out ¼ cup of the mixture and place it on the baking sheet.
  • Press the scoop a little to make the pattie of the cauliflower rice mixture balls. Smooth the edges of the patties. Then bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  • When the edges are golden brown and patties seem to be done through the centre, take them out of the oven carefully. Let them rest until they are cooled completely.
  • Serve in a sandwich and enjoy!

Notes

  • When you make the patties, pay close attention to smooth the edges. The soft edges ensure that your things are firm and will not tear apart when you drive them.
