Ingredients

  • A six-square package of bittersweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 4 Egg yolks
  • 4 Egg whites
  • 1/2 cup White sugar
  • 2 milk chocolate bars covered with caramel and nougat
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream

Instructions

  • Heat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan. Heat chocolate and butter on the top of a double boiler, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted and smooth. Remove from heat when lukewarm.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture into a large bowl. Add the flour and egg yolks. Mix egg whites in a separate large glass or metal bowl until they become foamy.
  • Add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in about 1/3 of the remaining whites quickly, then fold in the chocolate mixture. Prepare a pan by pouring batter into it.
  • Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven. Shut off the oven, crack the door, and let the cake cool in the oven.
  • Melt the chocolate-covered nougat candy bars with the cream in a saucepan. Then pour it over the cake.
