Take a large bowl. Add the cold milk and condensed milk to it. Mix them by whisking.
When they are well combined, add the vanilla pudding and keep whisking to mix it also.
Refrigerate the bowl so that the mixture can become firm. (for approximately 5-7 minutes)
Take a glass casserole dish. Spread the ⅓ of the whipped (to medium peaks) heavy cream in the dish. Then spread a layer of vanilla wafers over the cream layer. Use ⅓ wafers for this layer.
On the wafers, spread ⅓ of the chilled pudding mixture and then ⅓ of the banana slices. Repeat all the layering steps until everything is consumed.
Then refrigerate the banana pudding again so that the layers can set. Crush some wafers and spread the crush on the pudding. Garnish with wafers and banana slices before serving.
