- 75 g Pudding rice
- 1 tablespoon Caster sugar
- Butter
- Nutmeg
Preheat the oven to 140°C Fan.
Generously butter the dish.
Heat milk, don't let it boil.
Add rice and sugar, and pour hot milk.
Gently stir, bake for 30 minutes, remove.
Carefully mix in skin, and grate nutmeg.
Bake for about 2 hours.
Serve hot with jam.
