- 1/4 cup Dry white wine
- 1 clove Large garlic (minced)
- 10 Fresh mint leaves
- A pinch of red pepper flakes
- Dash of fresh lemon (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 8 oz Tender edges of dryad saddle mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Vegetable broth
Heat butter in a small saucepan.
Sauté minced garlic until aromatic.
Add sliced mushrooms and chilli.
Optional: Pour wine and cover with a lid.
Simmer mushrooms until tender (7-8 minutes).
Juices will thicken, enhancing flavour.
Adjust juice consistency to your liking.
Transfer cooked mushrooms to a serving bowl.
Drizzle juices over dishes as a topping.
Before serving, add herbs or mint.
Season with salt to taste.
