2 head Broccoli (washed and chopped) 2 cups Water 1 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Pepper 4 tablespoons Salted butter 1 tablespoon Garlic (minced) 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
Prepare your broccoli by chopping it into smaller pieces.
In a skillet, add your broccoli pieces with 2 cups of water. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper. Bring the water to a boil.
Cover the skillet with a lid and let it steam for 5-7 minutes.
Drain excess water and add butter when the timer goes off. Toss the broccoli in the butter.
Stir in the parmesan and garlic, and make sure it is completely covered. Add your favorite side dish and enjoy!
