Ingredients
  

For The Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Beef broth (low sodium or no sodium)
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon  Fresh ginger (minced)
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

For The Beef and Broccoli

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil,
  • 1 pound Flank steak (trimmed of fat and sliced thin against the grain)
  • 1 head Broccoli (cut into small florets)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, cornstarch, garlic, honey, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, Sriracha sauce, red pepper flakes, and beef broth. Set aside until needed.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and cook the steak until it begins to brown about 4 to 5 minutes. 
  • Pour the sauce over the steak and stir to combine; it should thicken immediately.
  • Add broccoli and cook for two minutes more, until sauce is thickened and broccoli is tender.
  • You can serve your Pioneer Woman Beef And Broccoli with rice or noodles.
