1 cup of apple cider vinegar 10 grams of El Guapo Chile De Arbol 6 Mexican guajillo peppers 1 1/2 cup of water 1 tablespoon of corn starch 2 cloves Garlic (minced) 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper 3 teaspoon of dry oregano 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of cumin 1 teaspoon garlic powder
In a blender, combine all your ingredients and blend for one to two minutes.
Pour all of the ingredients into a pot and bring them to a boil. At medium heat, simmer for 1 minute or until slightly thick.
Take it off the heat and let it cool for 8 to 10 minutes.
Fill an airtight bottle with sauce and cover it with a sanitized cap. Enjoy!
