Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 10 grams of El Guapo Chile De Arbol
  • 6 Mexican guajillo peppers
  • 1 1/2 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 3 teaspoon of dry oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all your ingredients and blend for one to two minutes.
  • Pour all of the ingredients into a pot and bring them to a boil. At medium heat, simmer for 1 minute or until slightly thick.
  • Take it off the heat and let it cool for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Fill an airtight bottle with sauce and cover it with a sanitized cap. Enjoy!
