Liverwurst Spread Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 cup liverwurst
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream or 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes (dried and minced)
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon prepared Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1⁄4 - 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Use a food processor to blend the liverwurst and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- You can top it with crumbled bacon if you want to make it really decadent.
- Liverwurst spread is typically served on crackers or bread. Enjoy!
