Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1⁄4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1⁄4 cup Packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder 
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon  Salt
  • 1 cup Cinnamon baking chips
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 3⁄4 cup Milk
  • 1⁄3 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 Egg

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a non-stick muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients and sugars, then add cinnamon chips and nuts.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
  • Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.Portion the batter evenly into muffin cups.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick come out clean.
  • Cool in pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
