Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Lean ground beef
  • 2 cups White rice, cooked
  • 1-½ cups Kraft shredded Italian cheese
  • 2 Coarsely chopped green peppers
  • 1 jar Classico Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce (24 oz)
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Take a large skillet and add green peppers and lean ground beef to it.
  • Cook until the meat is browned. Then drain the mixture.
  • When the browned meat mixture is drained, add it back to the skillet and add the cooked white rice, 3⁄4 cup Kraft shredded Italian cheese, and Classico Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce. Stir Them to mix.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes. Then transfer this mixture into a 2-quart casserole. Spray the cooking spray.
  • On the top, add the layer of remaining Kraft shredded Italian cheese. Then bake the mixture in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes.
  • The undone stuffed pepper casserole is ready. Serve and enjoy!
