  • A large bowl of fresh basil leaves
  • Garlic pods –– 7-8
  • Olive oil  -— 1 cup 
  • Cashew nuts -— Half cup 
  • Parmesan cheese -— 1/4th cup 
  • Cracked pepper -— to taste
  • Salt -— to taste

Assembly

  • 1 cup of boiled pasta
  • Just a few cherry tomatoes.
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese for topping
  • Pepper for topping

Instructions
 

  • Toss in some fresh basil leaves, cashew nuts, garlic pods, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Just drizzle some olive oil and mix everything up nicely.
  • Toss salt and pasta in a pan of water, then let it boil for about 10 minutes.
