Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sweet rice flour
  • 1/4 cup White sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • Ice cream For Topping
  • Whipped cream For Topping
  • Chocolate syrup For Topping
  • Raspberry For Topping

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet rice flour, sugar, and water.
  • Cover and microwave for three and a half minutes. Stir well to combine. Continue to microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Mix until the batter becomes really sticky.
  • Set the waffle iron to medium heat if it has one. Spread the mochi batter in the waffle iron. In the waffle iron, heat the mochi batter for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Allow the mochi waffle to cool. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup, raspberries, or any other desired toppings, and enjoy!
