Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup Salted butter melted
  • 1 ¼ cups Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cup Whole milk
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt

For The Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup Butter softened
  • 2 ¼ to 2 ½ cups Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Pure vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a 9×13-inch pan by greasing it. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt in a bowl and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, vanilla, and melted butter. Combine well. Remove from heat and stir in sugar. Add the eggs and sour cream and mix well. Gently stir in the milk.
  • Mix all the dry ingredients until the mixture is uniform. Pour the batter into the pan. Let it bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick. Allow the cake to cool for a few minutes.

For The Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Combine 4 oz cream cheese and 1/2 cups butter until smooth and creamy. Stir in 2 cups powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in another 1/2 cup of sugar until you reach a spreadable consistency.
  • On top of the cake, spread the cream cheese frosting and chill it for three hours. Serve and enjoy!
