  • 3 bananas (mashed)
  • Salted butter (melted), ½ cup 
  • Granulated sugar, 1 ¼ cups 
  • Eggs, 2 
  • Pure vanilla extract, 2 teaspoon
  • Whole milk, 1 ¼ cup
  • Sour cream, ¼ cup 
  • All-purpose flour, 2 cups
  • Baking soda, 1 ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon, ½ teaspoon
  • Sea salt, ¼ teaspoon

For The Cream Cheese Frosting

  • Cream cheese, 4 oz 
  • Butter (softened), ½ cup 
  • Powdered sugar, 2 ¼ to 2 ½ cups
  • Pure vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon


Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare a 9×13-inch pan by greasing it. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and sea salt in a bowl and set aside.
