Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Large eggs 2 whole
  • 7 tbsp All-purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Butter
  • Warm Syrup For Serving

Instructions
 

  • Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Combine eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl and set aside.
  • Stir together the sour cream and dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine them, then add the egg mixture and mix just until combined.
  • Put some butter in a pan and melt it over low heat. Drop a ¼cup of batter in the pan and cook. Cook on the first side until small bubbles begin to form on the surface and the edges begin to brown. Flip the pancake and cook it on the other side for a minute.
  • You are ready to enjoy your pancakes. Pour butter over them and serve with syrup.
