Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Cooked chicken shredded, 3 cups
  • 1 package Spaghetti cooked, 1 package (16 oz)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 2/3 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce 1 jar (15 oz)
  • 1 package Processed cheese cubed, 1 package (8 oz)
  • 2 can Fire-roasted tomatoes diced and drained, 2 cans (15.5 oz)
  • 1/3 cup Green onion chopped, 1/3 cup
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning dried, 1 teaspoon
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded, 1 1/2 cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray the 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Sauté garlic and onion in butter for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Stir until the onion is tender.
  • Add cheese and Alfredo sauce. Stir until cheese is completely melted and smooth.
  • Mix the tomato and the remaining ingredients, including cooked chicken and spaghetti, until well combined.
  • Place the mixture in a baking dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
