  • Onion (chopped), 2/3 cup
  • Garlic cloves (minced), 2 
  • Alfredo sauce, 1 jar (15 oz)
  • Processed cheese, cubed, 1 package (8 oz)
  • Fire-roasted tomatoes (diced and drained), 2 cans (15.5 oz)
  • Green onion (chopped), 1/3 cup
  • Italian seasoning (dried), 1 teaspoon
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded), 1 1/2 cups

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray the 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2

Melt butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Sauté garlic and onion in butter for 5 minutes while stirring constantly. Stir until the onion is tender.
