Golden corral meatloaf is a sweet and savory version of the popular meatloaf dish that’s been a staple at the co-op for over a hundred years. It’s a simple meal, but it’s delicious, and it’s been a great addition to my household for many years. The reason I’m sharing this recipe is that I just love the taste of this meal.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine beef, spices, onion, celery, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
Beat the milk and eggs together in a separate bowl. Stir in the beef mixture. Pour in the tomato sauce and olive oil.
Combine everything well with your hands. Fill the loaf pan with the mixture. Bake for approximately one hour. Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes.
Cut the meatloaf into slices. Put the meatloaf slices on the serving plate and pour the tomato sauce or gravy over them. Take a bite and enjoy the delicious meal.
