Golden Corral Meatloaf Recipe

Golden corral meatloaf is a sweet and savory version of the popular meatloaf dish that’s been a staple at the co-op for over a hundred years. Using fresh, seasonal ingredients, this recipe is sure to show the amazing taste of the Golden Corral brand. It’s a simple meal, but it’s delicious, and it’s been a great addition to my household for many years. The reason I’m sharing this recipe is that I just love the taste of this meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 3/4 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 stalk Celery chopped, 1 stalk
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano dried
  • 1/4 tsp Basil dried
  • 1/4 tsp Ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine beef, spices, onion, celery, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
  • Beat the milk and eggs together in a separate bowl. Stir in the beef mixture. Pour in the tomato sauce and olive oil.
  • Combine everything well with your hands. Fill the loaf pan with the mixture. Bake for approximately one hour. Remove from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • Cut the meatloaf into slices. Put the meatloaf slices on the serving plate and pour the tomato sauce or gravy over them. Take a bite and enjoy the delicious meal.
