Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 lb Large portobello mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp Green onions minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon concentrate
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated or powdered
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • Parsley chopped

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
  • Wash the mushrooms, remove the stems, and brush all the mushrooms with olive oil.
  • Step 3
  • Melt the remaining olive oil and butter together in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step 4
  • In a bowl, combine onion and garlic with oil and sauté for a few minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Mix lemon concentrate with cheese, Italian seasoning and bread crumbs with sautéed onion and garlic. Combine well and fill mushroom caps gently with this mixture.
  • Step 6
  • Bake the mushrooms for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  • Step 7
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley over the baked mushrooms. Serve immediately!
