Ingredients
 
 

  • 250 g Pecan 250 g
  • 150 g Sugar 150 g
  • 100 g Flour 100 g
  • 100 g Butter 100 g
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Strong coffee 1 dl

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven’s thermostat to 5. Chop the pecans and 30 g of sugar finely in a food processor. Sift the eggs and separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  • Place the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another. Beat the yolks with 100 g of sugar until they turn white.
  • Beat in the butter and coffee without stopping. Add the flour, mix with a spatula, then add the chopped nuts.
  • Add the rest of the sugar to the egg whites and beat until stiff. Gently fold them into the previous mixture.
  • Butter a springform pan with a diameter of 24 cm. Place the dough in the pan and bake for 50 minutes. After baking, let the dough stand for 5 minutes and then unmold. Enjoy!
